NC/Foaming Regulator

Performance

Make raw materials expand instantly to produce plenty of pores. NC/foaming regulator can make the pores of the product more uniform. The product has good dispersion, no pollution, does not corrode the mold, does not dye the product, and does not affect the molding speed of the product. This product adds an appropriate amount of decomposition activator, which can adjust the foaming agent freely at 160 degrees Celsius.

Application Range

Mainly applied to SPC flooring, PVC profiles, pipes, sheets and other products. Widely used in PVC extrusion foaming, such as PVC foam advertising boards, PVC extruded boards and PVC foam boards.

Depends on the formulation, processing conditions and the type of products.

Mixing

A minimum temperature of ≥165℃ is recommended for optimal dispersion in the dryblend.

Handling

Wear suitable mask, protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection. Avoid release to the environment. Refer to special instructions/safety data sheet.
