PVC LUBRICANT is a high‑grade fatty alcohol polar organic compound and has good compatibility with polar PVC resin.

Compared with stearic acid, this product has low precipitation tendency and acts as a pure internal lubricant for PVC.

It effectively reduces internal friction among materials and improves melt fluidity without impairing plasticizing performance.

Application

Extrusion processing for wide‑width sheets including WPC floors, PVC foam boards, building formwork, door panels, etc.

Handling

Wear suitable mask, protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection.
Avoid release to the environment. Refer to special instructions / safety data sheet.

Recommended Dosage

Depends on formulation, processing conditions and finished product types.

Mixing

A minimum temperature of ≥165℃ is recommended to achieve optimal dispersion in dry‑blend.
