Polyethylene Wax (PE Wax)

Model: H100
Unit: 25KG/bag
Appearance: White flakes

Performance

External lubrication, reduce friction between product surface and mould, ensure smooth surface and stable production.
Polyethylene wax (PE wax), also known as polymer wax. It is widely used for its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance. In regular production, this wax can be directly added into polyolefin processing as an additive to enhance product gloss and processability. As a lubricant, it features stable chemical properties and good electrical performance.
PE wax has good compatibility with polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, EPDM rubber and butyl rubber. It improves the flow property of PE, PP and ABS, and boosts demolding performance for PMMA and polycarbonate. For PVC and other systems, it delivers prominent external‑lubricating effect together with certain internal‑lubricating performance.

Main Application

  • Masterbatch production, pelletizing, plastic‑steel material
  • PVC pipe, PVC foam board, plastic profiles
  • Cable insulation, injection‑molding products
  • SPC flooring, resin tiles and other PVC products
