Chlorinated Polyethylene CPE135A
Unit: 25KG/bag
Performance
Improve product adhesion, toughness and weather resistance.
Application Range
Mainly applied to SPC flooring, PVC profiles, pipes, sheets, resin tiles and other products.
Product Process
Chlorinated polyethylene CPE135A is a plastic‑modifying material produced by chlorinating special polyethylene under chlorine. It possesses excellent comprehensive physical properties including high low‑temperature toughness and high tensile strength. Its solubility parameters are close to PVC, providing good compatibility. Under proper processing conditions, it forms a network structure inside rigid‑PVC products, endowing finished parts with outstanding permanent and low‑temperature toughness as well as impact strength.

Product Features
CPE is a saturated polymer in white powder form, non‑toxic and odorless. It delivers excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance and anti‑aging performance, together with good oil resistance, flame retardancy and pigment compatibility. It maintains good toughness even at ‑30 ℃ and shows favorable compatibility with other polymers. It has a high decomposition temperature. Note: decomposition will generate HCl which can catalyze further dechlorination of CPE.
Storage
Store in ventilated and dry location. Keep away from heat sources. Avoid open stacking to prevent moisture absorption.
