AC / Foaming Regulator

Performance

Generate large quantities of pores inside product, reduce board weight. AC/foaming regulator can make the pores of the product more uniform, the product has good dispersion, no pollution, does not corrode the mold, does not dye the product, and does not affect the molding speed of the product. Formulated with proper decomposition activator, it allows flexible adjustment for foaming agent within 140‑200°C. Widely used in PVC extrusion foaming.

Application Range

Mainly applied to SPC flooring, PVC profiles, pipes, sheets, PVC foam advertising boards, PVC extruded boards, PVC foam boards and other products.

Recommended Dosage

Depends on the formulation, processing conditions and the type of products.

Mixing

A minimum temperature of ≥165℃ is recommended for optimal dispersion in the dry‑blend.

Handling

Wear suitable mask, protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection.
Avoid release to the environment. Refer to special instructions / safety data sheet.
