Product Process

Poly(meth)acrylics (ACR) processing aid is synthesized via polymer emulsion polymerization with one or several kinds of acrylate monomer units. It accelerates PVC plasticization, improves melt strength and melt uniformity, reduces melt fracture and leakage, with no obvious negative impact on PVC mechanical properties, and is widely applied overseas.
Besides PVC production, different acrylic monomers and proportions can adjust the plasticizing speed and melt strength of ACR resin. Under the same formula composition, higher intrinsic viscosity brings slower plasticizing speed and higher melt strength.
Acrylic processing aids have little effect on tensile strength and Vicat softening point of PVC products. High‑viscosity processing aids can help improve tensile strength and Vicat softening point.
Acrylic processing aids are widely used for all kinds of profiles, pipes, pipe fittings, sheets, films, wood‑plastic transparent and non‑transparent products.
