TC‑108 is a calcium‑zinc stabilizer specially developed for profiles, suitable for all critical and non‑critical pigmented applications. It is especially suitable for PVC profiles and sewage pipe extrusion.
When filler loading is increased, higher stabilizer dosage and / or additional lubricants are recommended.
Akropan TC‑108 is an efficient heat stabilizer featuring high thermal stability and well‑balanced internal & external lubrication performance.

Recommended Dosage

Depends on formulation, processing conditions and product types, normally within 2.8‑3.2 phr.

Mixing

A minimum temperature of 120℃ is recommended for optimal dispersion in dry‑blend.

Handling

Wear suitable mask, protective clothing, gloves and eye/face protection.
Avoid release to the environment. Refer to special instructions / safety data sheet.
